Weblens answers the most frequently asked Corona questions.

This list is supplemented on a regular basis with the questions we receive from our customers. So come and check for updates every now and then.

1. Do you still deliver at home?

Yes, we still deliver to your home. Our services are operational and we do everything we can to get your package to your front door as soon as possible.

2. Can I collect my order from you?

No, unfortunately that is currently not possible. Our stores are currently closed and will be until April 5. We have therefore also set the cheapest shipping option 'Collection' to inactive.

3. Can I pick up my parcel at a post point / collection point?

This depends. Shipments can be made to collection points, but we cannot guarantee that they will be open.

4. Can I contact you?

Yes you can. We can be reached by mail ([email protected]). This is to make everything run as smoothly as possible in these bizarre times. We are therefore not available by phone.

5. Are there any hygiene measures I should take?

Have you been infected by the coronavirus? Then immediately throw your contact lenses and used liquids in the rubbish bin and do not wear contact lenses for the entire period. The virus is transmitted very easily and quickly through our tears.
Are you not infected? Just wear your contact lenses further, as always, wash your hands very thoroughly before inserting or removing your contact lenses.

6. Can I have my eyes measured?

No, eye measurements may not be taken during this period. In extremely urgent cases, you can contact an ophthalmologist who will give you further information and make a decision.
