1. Do you still deliver to your home?

Yes, we still deliver to your home. Our services are operational and we do everything we can to get your package to your front door as quickly as possible.

2. Can I collect my order from you?

Can be picked up. Simply select at the checkout in which store you would like to collect your ordered goods.

3. Can I pick up my package at a post point / collection point?

Yes you can still choose this option.

4. Can I contact you?

Yes you can. We can be reached by mail, telephone and chat.

5. Are there any hygiene measures I should take?

Have you been infected by the coronavirus? Then immediately throw your contact lenses and used liquids in the trash and do not wear contact lenses for the entire period. The virus is passed on very easily and quickly through our tears.
Are you not infected? Simply continue to wear your contact lenses, as always wash your hands very thoroughly before inserting or removing your contact lenses.

6. Can I have my eyes measured?

All measurements are possible, preferably by appointment.
