Communication about the well-being of your eyes
Have your eyes checked by a specialist at regular intervals to prevent irritation and possible damage. The strength and curves of your eyes can change. Weblens recommends having this checked at least annually, preferably every six months. You can also do this with us, make an appointment for this on +32 37 666 777. This is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12.30 pm & 1.30 pm to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. .
These terms and conditions take precedence over all written or printed terms and conditions of the buyer. By placing an order the buyer declares that he agrees with the current conditions.
All orders can be placed via the website (www.weblens.be), by telephone or by e-mail. The buyer will receive a confirmation of his order, only then will the order be binding. For telephone orders, an email will be sent to confirm the order placed.
Shipments within the Belgium are charged an amount of 2.90 euros. For the Netherlands and France an amount of 3.90 EURO. Delivery only takes place after payment. Delivery times indicated on the website are indicative and not binding. Delivery normally takes place within 1 to 2 working days within Belgium. Outside of Belgium the delivery times are 2 to 5 business days. We strive for the shortest possible delivery times. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the order or claim compensation. In the event of force majeure, WEBLENS is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order. If the points in these general terms and conditions of sale are not complied with, WEBLENS is authorized to unilaterally terminate the cooperation with the buyer.
Pick-ups can also be done at the Ten Bos 5 pick-up point in 9100 Nieuwkerken-Waas, Belgium. No postage costs are charged for collections.
As discussed earlier in point "3. DELIVERY ”delivery will only be made with full payment. Payment can be made online or via bank transfer via: Bank transfer, Bancontact / Mister Cash / iDEAL / Maestro / Visa / MasterCard / KBC Online / ING HomePay / Dexia DirectNet. As proof of payment, the buyer always receives an invoice with the delivery.
The prices quoted on the WEBLENS website are guaranteed subject to typing errors and force majeure. All prices are expressed in EURO and include 21% VAT.
Complaints regarding visible and invisible defects or the non-conformity of the requested products must be reported in writing within 14 days. The return of the products must be free of charge and therefore free of charge for WEBLENS. Return shipments are only accepted if written permission has been given by WEBLENS.
WEBLENS works with products of the highest quality. The goods are delivered on the basis of the specified parameters of the customer. WEBLENS also advises the buyer to have his eyes checked on a regular basis (recommended 6 monthly) with a specialist (either the ophthalmologist or a contact lens specialist). By placing the order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. All products are supplied in the manufacturer's packaging and are guaranteed by the CE label. The buyer also undertakes to read the manual / package leaflet before using the product. WEBLENS is not liable for the suitability of goods for the buyer or the consequences of this. Also not for any technical defects. In the event of technical defects, the manufacturer of the product must be contacted. WEBLENS is not liable for damage to the eye or resulting consequences as a result of insufficient care (hygiene), insufficient follow-up by specialists or due to non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.
9. PERSONAL DATA
All personal data is kept in an automated database and is not passed on to third parties. WEBLENS reserves the right to use the data for its own publicity purposes. The buyer can request the data or request adjustment or removal at any time.
10. PERIOD OF VIEW
In accordance with the laws on commercial practices and consumer information and protection, the buyer has the right of withdrawal. For all non-personalized products, the buyer has the right to return them, without giving a reason, within fourteen working days after receipt, and does so within three days, whereby any shipping instructions from WEBLENS must be followed. The purchase price will be refunded within 14 business days after receipt of the returned goods. This only if they were received in perfect condition as well as in a package that was sufficiently stamped. Opened, used, damaged or described packages are never taken back. The fourteen days without obligation does not apply to personal products, including contact lenses made for the buyer.

12. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law, the Court of Dendermonde has exclusive jurisdiction.
