Returns

Do you want to return a specific product to Weblens? That is possible with our permission. Always contact us first to make proper arrangements. You can do this via +32 37 666 777 or via info@weblens.be

What can you return?

Products are only accepted if they are in the original, unopened, unwritten, and undamaged packaging. The goods must also always be returned in hard packaging. Please never send lenses or products in a soft envelope, the refund for this will not be accepted.

Custom-made contact lenses are never eligible for return.

Shipping

Delivery in Belgium: €3.90 Delivery to NL, DE and LUX: €4.90 Delivery to France: €5.90 Delivery to Spain: €6.90 Delivery takes place only after payment. Delivery times indicated on the website are indicative and not binding. We strive for the shortest possible delivery times. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the order or to demand compensation.

In case of force majeure, Weblens is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order. If the points from these general terms and conditions of sale are not met, Weblens is authorized to unilaterally terminate the cooperation with the buyer.

Pickups can be done at the pickup point Ten Bos 5 in 9100 Nieuwkerken-Waas and Grote Markt 11, 9120 Beveren-Waas, Belgium. No shipping costs are charged for pickups.

Complaints regarding visible and invisible defects or the non-conformity of the requested products must be reported in writing within 14 days. The return of the products must be free of charge and therefore without costs for Weblens. Returns are only accepted if written permission has been given by Weblens.
